Marriott Boston Quincy

This Marriott is good. Inside the chain standard. Our room and hotel is well maintained. Front desk people is OK…. The hotel is huge and they receive a lot of people…. I appreciate that they try to hurry to attend all as quick as possible. And update of prices as October 2025 Internet : If you are Bonvoy member is free…. otherwise they charge $12.95 per room per night. Parking : $20 per night Breakfast buffet $25.99 Your key room is needed to open the garage and the use the 4 fast elevators. Rooms have a mini fridge. We miss the security safe box and the microwave…. 5 minutes from here there is a star super market where you can get what you need if you are going to be in an event here for 2 days. There is also a shopping mall 9 minutes away with Target.

I have almost 500 nights in Marriotts and this has been my favorite so far. The staff would top the list of what I loved about the location. From the check in Jason was super friendly. Upon going down to get dinner I was greeted by a friendly host. I believe his name was Steve, but could be mistaken. I sat at the bar and was served by Geo. He was great and was very knowledgeable about the drink menu. The old fashioned was made perfectly and the steak and fries were cooked with great skill. I then met Susan. She was an amazing lady who had an actual following of people there. She knew people’s personal lives and they knew about hers. It was great seeing the care Susan had for her customers. The room was also outstanding. Even though the hotel is about 20 miles from Boston the views were fantastic. The room was clean and everything was in order. My only negative is a lightbulb was out on the side of the bed. I was able to fiddle with it and it worked until I turned the light off and it wouldn’t turn back on. If you are looking for a place to stay this is a fantastic hotel and highly recommended.

The check-in was super smooth. The lobby was very clean. Everybody in the staff was super helpful. Kimi was just the best. Her smile made my night and I will definitely be coming back five stars.

Came here for a multi day event. Due to a mixup scheduling our stay we were charged for 3 instead of 2 days. Management fixed it almost immediately - (Thank You). Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the bartender makes a phenomenal Manhattan. While our event was very nice one of our dinners (chicken) was a bit dry. Had I complained Im confident they would have accommodated me based on how well organized and efficient the servers were during our 2 night stay. The Marriott was a bit pricey but I expected from the start.

Location was great and easy to find. The hotel seems newer everything felt clean and new. The room we had was a single king on the 2nd floor which was spacious. Bed was comfortable the pillows were not. Our only complaint is that however it was built or our location you could hear everything. We could hear someone peeing and it sounded like they were in our room. When staff were cleaning up after a wedding and moving metal carts you could hear everything. We would stay here again but definitely on a higher floor level.

Contrary to recent reviews that concerned us, we found the facility, rooms, front desk and restaurant service to all exceed expectations. It is not an opulent Marriott as some are, but when compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is much nicer. As Marriott Bonvoy members, upgrades to king corner, upper floor; complimentary breakfast, free parking and wifi removed the a la cart fee issues. We stayed a week while visiting our children attending college in Boston and new grandbaby. There are malls, shopping and good restaurants near. The exercise room is better than most. The pool is clean and heated, but outdoor temperatures of 10 degrees made it a little cool. You can choose this location without concerns. It offers a great value at half the price of downtown options.

Grounds, common areas & my room was very clean. My double queen was spacious, well lit & the bed was extremely comfortable... I slept great during my four nights stay. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Nice pool & gym. The on-site restaurant, Hull & Mason was consistently delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m quite sure that the blueberry pancakes were the best I’ve ever had, highly recommend. Only 2 cons: showerhead did not allow the maximum water pressure & $20 for parking per day in an area that is not in high demand or in an airport location is slightly ridiculous. Overall, I was happy with my stay. I recommend this location and will stay again when I’m in the area.

The room and service was wonderful. My guest and I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the steak trite was not tender. We sent it back to the chef and still not tender. The waiter was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Nevertheless, everything else about the hotel was wonderful.
